Since the summer of 2005, the Glendale Lacrosse League has offered beginner through advanced instructional and competitive lacrosse programs and clinics for all players from Kindergarden through 12th grade. Working with area schools, the city of Glendale's Parks and Recreation Department, the Arizona Sting professional lacrosse team, and our own competitive team, the Glendale Viper Lacrosse Club, Coach Casey was awarded the 2010 DII Coach of the Year, and won the DII State Championship in 2012. Also in 2012, we began a partnership with National Youth Sports (NYS) to grow the game with recreational leagues across the valley.

  • Instructional Camps & Clinics - Summer and every pre-season. Beginner to advanced instruction provided for anyone wishing to learn the game. No equipment needed; We have sticks and tennis balls for starters and full protective equipment to rent before you buy.
  • Indoor Lacrosse - Summer through early Fall. Instructional and competitive leagues. Indoor lacrosse is played on turf inside a hockey rink or "box". Those new to the game enjoy the walls for practice and less ball chasing, and the advanced players gain great skill from the tight passing, small goals, transition from offense to defense and overall 6 on 6 teamwork needed within the enclosed arena. Our home for indoor lacrosse is the Ice Den in Scottsdale with air conditioning and brand new turf.
  • Field Lacrosse - Late Fall through Spring, 10 on 10, played on grass or turf 110 x 60 yards, similar to soccer and football fields.
  • Fall Ball - September through October, is the time to learn the field game or get prepared for the competitive season.
  • Viper Lacrosse Club - Teams ranging from K-4, 6U, developmental JHS, competitive JHS, junior varsity and varsity are all part of one organization with one a unified philosophy - Be the best you can be. Dedication and commitment is required to be at this level as teams compete acrosse Arizona. You get out what you put in.
  • Invite Only Travel Teams - Summer and Fall tournaments are planned for players ready for the highest level of of skill development and competition.
